The new resume is 140 characters or less

Soocial, a Dutch startup exciting in and for itself, asked for this items when recruiting:

If you feel you can help us out we have a few jobs open so send us your OPML along with your cv and vcf to stefan (at) soocial (dot) com.

It’s the first time I see an OPML file asked for recruiting, but I find it brilliant. Indeed, that seems the best way to deep-dive into a person’s personality. Of course, you can always edit some feeds and groups out, but at least for the items in, it’s easy to both see if you would fit into the team’s culture and to check that you actually read the feeds.

Simple and brilliant.
